February 2017 – Present

Team lead for Kahua’s mobile product and chief user experience designer across all platforms. Lead on several enterprise application projects involving Kahua clients, technology partners, and agency partners. Projects include:​

Lead user experience strategist on team to develop a new digital marketing content strategy to increase leads, improve close rates, and build greater loyalty.

 

Three Squared Agency – Herschend Family Entertainment Mobile Optimization (2015)

Employed mobile first strategy in redesign of six family entertainment properties (Dollywood, Silver Dollar City, Stone Mountain and others).

 

Three Squared Agency – Goodwill of North Georgia Career Connector Portal (2015)

Led UX strategy and design for online (desktop and mobile) portal for job seekers to manage the search process, gain job training, and interact with Goodwill experts and job providers.

 

Three Squared Agency – Shaw Web Studios Registration Redesign (2015)

Redesigned online registration and configuration for retailers/installers of Shaw Industry products who use Shaw’s web services to publish and manage their own websites.

 

Kahua – Digital Collaboration Platform (2010-2015)

Provided UX strategy and design services for the Kahua Collaboration Platform (desktop and mobile). Additional work includes:

  • Designed application store and registration process

  • Designed over 20 applications for Kahua and 3rd party developers

  • Leveraged extensive network to source external resources to address creative and technical needs

 

PointClear Solutions – Navicure Healthcare Payment System Updates (2015)

Updated payment system interactions to include the acceptance of payment plans for healthcare businesses using the Navicure Payment System.

 

PointClear Solutions – CommonWell Health Alliance Dashboard (2014)

Led redesign of reporting/dashboard modules for CommonWell, a service that manages shared patient documentation across providers.

 

United Sciences - Otoscan Ear Scanning Project (2014)

Designed interfaces for several aspects of the project including updates to the scanning software, clinic ordering interface, and patient self-order concepts. Overview of the Otoscan solution can be viewed at www.earscanning.com.

 

IQ Interactive – Quicken Health Patient Portal (2009)

Conducted interviews with private practices and created initial design concepts for doctors offices to interact with patients, schedule appointments, fill prescriptions, complete forms, and take payments; powered by Intuit’s Practice Assistant backend and administration interface.

 

IQ Interactive – UPS Projects (2009)

Redesign of UPS Compass Online and user interviews and redesign of UPS Brand Exchange - an enterprise asset library for employees and vendors.

 

IQ Interactive – Ethicon Endo-Surgery Enterprise eLearning Portal (2009)

Conducted 30+ interviews at six resident programs across the US in order to create personas and write user requirements for an eLearning portal for surgical residents using laparoscopy.

Bright Impact – ChoicePoint ChoiceTrust User Testing (2006)

Conducted usability test for online order website and wrote recommendations report.

 

Macquarium – Requirements and Wireframes on Various Projects (2005-2006)

Lead on multiple projects including: VitalChek’s consumer website transacting vital records, GM Motor Club’s marketing website, GMAC’s online auto insurance quote engine, and Unisource’s business-to-business ecommerce site.

Led team for the development and continuous improvement of iXL’s Enterprise Delivery Methodology, establishing a network of thought leaders throughout company and conducting a 17-city road show.
